DTDC Courier Service to India

The Australian adventure will be handled concertedly by DTDC and Fast World Express Pty Ltd, in which the Indian company owns 34, DTDC said in a statement on Monday. The Kuwait adventure will be handled by Kuwait Bayarek General Trading and Contracting Co.W.I.I., a master ballot.

“ The main  ideal of the  common adventure is to  give service to the Indian diaspora in Australia as well as  give delivery and distribution services for shipments from India whereas the master franchisee in Kuwait has strengthened DTDC’s presence  each over the Middle East including GCC and MENA area," said Abhishek Chakraborthy, administrative director of DTDC.

GCC refers to the Gulf Cooperation Council, which contains six West Asian nations, whereas MENA refers to the Middle East and North Africa, which encompasses both oil-rich economies and resource-scarce countries such as Egypt, Morocco, and Yemen.

According to the announcement, DTDC became the first Indian courier operator to buy a company outside of India last year when it purchased a controlling position in Eurostar Express of the UAE.

According to the website of courier advocacy organization Express sector Council of India, the Indian courier sector is worth 10,000 crore and increasing at a rate of roughly 25% per year.
